Should allow to declare users using Nix, instead of using the webinterface.

  • Should be able to create new users (user, admin, system)
  • Should be able to set password based on file, otherwise maybe send email to the user if not previously done before?
  • If user is removed from config, it should disable the user, but not remove

Should also be able to declare LLDAP attributes, which we want to support, e.g. mailAlias, and mailQuota.
